Project Scope & Service Agreements

Each project is governed by a written service agreement defining the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, pricing, warranties, performance expectations, and maintenance obligations.

All quotations and proposals are valid for a stated period, subject to site inspection, technical evaluation, material availability, and prevailing market conditions. Quotations are non-binding until a formal contract is executed.

Payments may be made via bank transfer or other approved payment methods agreed in writing and issued to Orgone Tecnergy Limited’s designated accounts.

Late Payments

Delayed payments may result in suspension of work, interest charges in line with Nigerian commercial practices, withdrawal of warranty or maintenance services, or legal recovery actions.

Installation & Workmanship Warranty

Orgone Tecnergy provides a workmanship warranty covering installation quality, electrical connections, and mounting systems for the period stated in the service agreement.

Warranty Exclusions

Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, lack of maintenance, vandalism, theft, force majeure events, or normal wear and tear.

Maintenance Services

Routine maintenance is essential for system performance. Orgone Tecnergy offers scheduled inspections, monitoring, repairs, and system upgrades. Failure to maintain systems may affect warranty coverage.

To the extent permitted by Nigerian law, Orgone Tecnergy’s liability is limited to the value of the relevant contract. We are not liable for indirect losses, estimated energy variations, third-party services, or delays beyond our control.
